Victor Cutino, President, Co-Founder
Victor Cutino is a veteran of the US Navy. He has worked in the medical field for over 30 years; working in the emergency room of a major hospital, managing doctors’ offices, as well as billing offices for many medical entities and was a CEO for a major Medical Equipment Company and subsequently owned one.
Mr. Cutino has retired from the medical field and has been associated with the rescue and boarding of horses since 2004. He has worked with the Davie Police on a major seizure and has helped rescue and rehomed over 200 horses. Victor Cutino continues to further his education in equine care, including courses on Large Animal Rescue, Hurricane Preparedness for Large Animals and assessing animal abuse and neglect. He is a Certified Code 3 Equine Investigator and is our representative at the Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Cutino, along with Laura Toomey Jones, was instrumental in attaining accreditation by the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries. Peaceful Ridge Rescue, Inc. is the only horse rescue to hold this accreditation in Broward County, Florida.
Laura Toomey Jones, Vice President, Co-Founder
Laura Toomey Jones is the Vice President of Peaceful Ridge Rescue, Inc. Along with 30 years of equine experience, Ms. Jones is also a safety solutions-oriented Senior Project Manager with 14 years of experience in facility, environmental, and health, and safety consulting, including oversight of safety, industrial hygiene, and indoor air quality projects.
Ms. Jones has years of emergency experience including over a year on the BP Deep Horizon Oil Spill Response team and managing the safety of a team of consultants on the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina. Ms. Jones has brought her emergency management and organizational skills to Peaceful Ridge Rescue, Inc. and assists in the formation of standard operating procedures, large rescues as well as small, and is the primary contact for all adoptions.
Lee Fallick, Assistant Vice President
Lee Fallick, originally from Brooklyn, New York, moved to Ocala, Florida as a teenager. It was after obtaining an after school part time job at a horse farm that his love for the equine began.
Lee has held many transportation management positions in life and served in the US Coast Guard. He is President of Available Car Service, Inc. a passenger transportation Company that he started over 30 years ago.
Lee has been associated with the rescue for about eight years now, and has helped rehabilitate many horses, making them a more desirable adoptee.
As Assistant Vice President he will be managing the daily operations, assessing new rescues, and be responsible for horse sponsoring and adoption.
John B. Agnetti, Board Member
John B. Agnetti is a Senior Partner of Hoffman, Larin & Agnetti, P.A. Admitted in 1983, he became a Partner in 1989 at age thirty-two. Mr. Agnetti grew up in South Florida and is a graduate of Florida State University and California Western School of Law. He has obtained for his personal injury clients, a multitude of verdicts and settlements in excess of one million dollars. He has successfully litigated complex commercial matters in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Agnetti’s clients include various Latin American, international and local business entities.

Ashley Barnard, VMD, Advisor
Ashley Barnard, VMD has diligently served south Florida's equine community over the past six years.
Following her undergraduate career at Brown University, Dr. Barnard graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Veterinary Medicine. She then went on to complete a medicine and surgery internship in Wellington, Florida.
Since 2010, Dr. Barnard has been dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate patient care as an associate in an ambulatory farm and race track practice.
